As we move through 2019 we bring up to the minute Lifstyle and Income experience for the individual looking to start in business, particularly here in the Highland and islands. Campbell was formerly an associate of Inspiralba, and of SSB business solutions providing development, management, funding, and evaluation support for the community & social enterprise sector. Experience Latterly (2013 - 2018), working with HIE he helped deliver the Community Broadband Scotland (CBS) programme helping communities get connected to Superfast Broadband. Campbell completed the first year of project management of the emerging BID4Oban business improvement district working with BID Scotland, Marketing the idea to local business' and raising Brand awareness of BID4Oban. He has also been busy over years 2008 to 2013 supporting the development of a number of Scottish Businesses in the areas of planning, strategy and sales.
Training Campbell is an excellent event chair. He will manage the event to time and create a great atmosphere. He was a member of the team that planned and ran the much talked about " There is more to fundraising than grants! " at Kilmory and "from Ceilidhs to Conferences" in Oban for the Argyll and Bute Community planning partnership for the Voluntary Third sector at Kilmory in March. (See also the links area.) Joy has current experience in the latest teaching and training skills, presentation and event management, and the hosting of events. She is an atmosphere creator par excellence. Depth • Campbell brings 15 years experience as a Councillor in Argyll and Bute 1988 - 2003, rising to Deputy Leader and Chairman of Education. He also bring knowledge of planning and development and of the European, Scottish and Highlands and Islands political arenas. He has 20 years experience working with the tourism sector including time as a board member of the Argyll, the Isles, Loch Lomond, Stirling and the Trossachs Tourist board and its predecesor the West Highlands Tourist board.
