As we move through 2023 we bring up to the minute Lifstyle and Income experience for the individual looking to start or develop in business and entreprenuership, particularly here in the Highland and islands. Experience Campbell and Joy are founders of the Benderloch Bookends Festival and Joy is a member of the Victory Hall Management Committee and an active participant in Made in Argyll Oban Craft shop. Campbell is a founder director of both Oban Phoenix Cinema and Oban Fm. While working with HIE he helped deliver the Community Broadband Scotland (CBS) programme helping communities get connected to Superfast Broadband. He has since moved to the private sector helping deliver Broadband across Scotland with Broadway Partners. Joy has retired from teaching. Campbell completed the first year of project management of the emerging BID4Oban business improvement district working with BID Scotland, Marketing the idea to local business' and raising Brand awareness of BID4Oban. Joy and Campbell are also busy supporting the development of emerging entrepreneurs and a number of Scottish Businesses in the areas of coaching, mentoring, planning, strategy and sales. Training Campbell is an excellent event chair. He will manage the event to time and create a great atmosphere. Joy has 38 years experience in teaching and training skills, presentation, event management, and the hosting of events. She is an atmosphere creator par excellence. Depth • Campbell brings 15 years experience as a Councillor in Argyll and Bute 1988 - 2003, rising to Deputy Leader and Chairman of Education. He also bring knowledge of planning and development and of the European, Scottish and Highlands and Islands political arenas. He has 20 years experience working with the tourism sector including time as a board member of the Argyll, the Isles, Loch Lomond, Stirling and the Trossachs Tourist board and its predecesor the West Highlands Tourist board.
